In order to catch the eyes of viewers, some shows sponsored other shows, showing repeating advertisements in order to gain exposure and increase popularity by user the views of one another. Modern Family and Lost are an example of this. Thousands of time an ad for modern family would be broadcasted during the showing of Lost. These were two of the most popular shows of the 2010's.
